Mother’s Day Fold-Over Cartooning

This wonderful fold over trick cartoon is an easy-to-do illustration that everyone, including those of us who cannot draw, will enjoy presenting on Mother’s Day!
You can do this even if you are a non-artist.
As you are teaching, you use the letters which spell mother to create the image of a woman. Your kids will be amazed! But there is still an extra surprise to come! Folding the paper in two places produces an extra effect that will delight everyone. The drawing of mother incredibly turns into an ice cream cone!
The lesson has a excellent application of Proverbs 23:22 – 25, Proverbs 1:8, Deuteronomy 5:6, and Proverbs 29:15. You will be instilling and reinforcing truths of:
- how children should think about their parents
- how they should listen to their parent’s teaching
- the promise they receive when they honor their mother and father
- how they can embrace correction to enjoy life
- and how they can be righteous in their actions and words.
