The basic principle of the effect will require you to
purchase a two-headed nickel.
Everything else in the effect can easily be adapted if you like. For the absolute best results, George explains that he uses a gold-toned dollar coin, a half-dollar, a quarter, a dime, and a penny along with a small clasp coin purse.

A little sleight-of-hand to swap the two-headed nickel with a regular nickel will allow your guest to fully examine each coin if you like.
